Quick Marinating Guide:
For every 1 lb of protein (chicken, steak, seafood, or tofu):
• 2 Tbsp fajita seasoning mix
• 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
• 2 Tbsp olive oil
• Juice of 2 fresh limes
